Karate-do: The Peaceful Way

An ancient style of karate-do, this group of people travel from London to Menil Sur Saulx, France to practice their craft. Karate-do: The Peaceful Way is a film about these people and their traditional style of karate where one develops their mind that inevitably leads them to their physical prowess.

Colin Reeves, the master of this order, takes them to a quiet and serene village in the Champagne Region of France to practice. We find that their discipline builds their minds not only to master their style of karate but also to master their live. These CEO's, moms, teachers, consultants and more make their lives their own with this traditional karate-do credo.
